Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery may take a few extra days.

Shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update.

Multiple packages. Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at support@buynewpromo.com so we can update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages. If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@buynewpromo.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Sales tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
