We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange it.
1. Return window and conditions
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, sports bras and bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear.
- Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to start a return
Email us at hello@bendstore.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send you a prepaid USPS return label for orders shipped within the United States. Drop the package at any USPS location within 7 days of receiving the label.
3. Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are free. Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we'll ship the replacement item. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
